What Is CARVA ?

It was established for the purpose

of raising funds to support candidates

who represent the Greater Williamsburg

Area at either the local, state, or federal

level. CARVA has no paid staff

or overhead. All donations will be given

to CARVA supported candidates.

CARVA Information & The Needs

Over the past 25 year+ the Colonial Area Republican Associations and other Republican Clubs

in the Greater Williamsburg Area, have made donations to many candidates. They have watched as campaigns

have changed from primarily individual door knocking, to utilizing expensive and highly developed media, such

as Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, and TV ads. These latter types of media come with significant costs, and

are not simple to create nor continue with a high frequency. Typically, statewide television ads can

reach into millions of dollars each.

The Area Republican Associations have always made donations of both their association funds,

and have supported fundraisers every election year, to aide the local and statewide candidates.

CARVA is better positioned to assist the supported candidates by raising funds on a monthly

quarterly, or even annual basis. It is structured to help replace most other fund raising programs,

and enable more participation from all of the Colonial Area Republicans and Conservatives. Monthly

donations may be $5.00, $10.00, $20.00 or any amount over the $5.00 minimum. Multiple different

methods of making donations are supported, all in a secure manner.

 

MAKING A DONATION IS SIMPLE :

Anedot website. The first time you go to the website you will be asked

for some personal information, and you will establish a user login.

All subsequent visits, as necessary, will be done by simply using that

login. Your personal and financial information will not be required.

Disclosure Information

CARVA is licensed and documented

with the State of Virginia as a PAC and

licensed by the Federal Election Commission.

Banking is separate from all clubs and

associations. Regular reporting is

required by the state and FEC.
